A Perfect feast for Englands patron saint, a six course meal using local ingredients with some British classic dishes with a twist

To arrive to a welcome by a traditional Scotts Piper was pretty special. The tables were dressed beautifully. Where do I start with the food? Every course looked good enough to eat. Each course was superb, so tasty. Our table is keen to come to the next event.
